Doell, Indian Finance Bill 2011 (budget in common terms) was scheduled on 28th, not 27th. Had there been a clash, both items would have found places in their respective places with due prominence. (I guess I know what you were expecting for. That indeed would have been a great achievement. There is a always a next time though.)
